Nanny Contract Sample

The purpose of a Nanny contract agreement is to define the terms for the care of a child.

This type of contract is not mandatory but it is a good idea having the terms and conditions of employment in writing to avoid common problems or any misunderstanding later. Also, it help ensure a friendly, successful relationship for both parties.

A child’s health, well-being, growth and development are of great importance. Choose a responsible, experienced nanny that will closely supervise your child and provide quality and safe child care.

Don't forget to provide a current photograph of the child in case there’s an emergency situation.
